Atlantic Canada's largest sci-fi convention, and possibly Canada's largest fan-run convention! Hal-Con is a multi-genre focus event that is family friendly. We have a wonderfully welcoming environment, a year-round community focus that brings people together to celebrate all things sci-fi. With over 5000 fans, a jam-packed schedule and a dedicated floor for gaming - everybody is sure to find something they love.

A costume dance, a huge costume contest, guest Q&A sessions, workshops about nearly every topic, a live geeky debate, live demonstrations of lightsabers and renaissance fighting, video games, board games, arcade games and pinball, even laser tag. Hal-Con is a nerdy heaven with a warm, friendly atmosphere for all.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of any ticket constitutes accepting all of the Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer tickets by emailing Tickets@hal-con.com, and providing the name and email address of the person (or people) you wish to have the tickets transferred to. Tickets are available while supplies last.

Please bring the either the paper ticket or the QR coded online ticket (either printed or on a mobile device) to Registration during the days of the convention along with photo ID. From there, they will be exchanged for their respective bracelets/badges. 

Student/Senior/Military must provide corresponding ID to Registration staff, or will have to pay an additional $10.00 cost toward admission. 

Some guests may charge additional fees for autographs and photo ops.

Guests are subject to cancellation or schedule change, due to professional or personal commitments outside of Hal-Con’s control.  In such circumstances, the Hal-Con cannot be held responsible and tickets will not be refunded.

All events have limited seating capacities and are offered on a first come, first served basis after the Warpspeed pass holders have been seated.
